Hi there, I'm Shane
As a health and wellness founder, you went into business to help people. You’re an expert at your craft but were likely never taught the finance side of running a business.
That’s where I come in.
I’m a CPA with 15+ years of experience in corporate finance. I started my career as an auditor, went on to become the controller of a public company, and most recently built out the finance team at a venture-backed research firm that was ultimately acquired in July 2026.
Those experiences led me to start Firehorse CFO.
As a former athlete and current sleep-score-obsessed step counter, health and wellness is important to me, and it’s the community I want to serve.
